YouTube Downloader Error Message 404 Not Found?

Ok, so I have been using YouTube Downloader for quite sometime without any problems. However, when I tried to download a video from YouTube today, an error message appeared saying “404 not found”. Now what the heck does that mean?? I tried reinstalling it but it still doesn’t work. Can anyone offer a solution or suggest another software to download YouTube videos? Free please
