Cengage ebook application error?

When I log into cengage.com/login and try to open the Cegage Learning ebook that I purchased, a window comes up and says “Application Error” and offers a link to “Click here for stack trace” which also doesn’t work and I don’t know what it is anyway. Has anyone else had problems with viewing an ebook on cengage? What did you do to fix it?

Scan your system with an updated version of any antivirus and after this process scan again with a good registry cleaner tool such as Reginout. The problem will surely be solved.
